Our technicians are trained and qualified through the Institute of inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Jena Dyco International, Interactive Training Institute (ITI).
IICRC is the world s leading authority and certification body, which sets and promotes professional standards in carpet care industry worldwide. To qualify for IICRC-Certified Firm status businesses must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a written customer complaint policy with documented follow-up and provide ongoing education and training leading to certification for all technicians
Jena Dyco International is a Registered Training Organisation with the Australian Government (RTO No. 6734)
ITI is an independent, education, training & certification body for the cleaning & restoration industry.
IICRC, Jena Dyco Intenational and ITI certification can be obtained after through intensive theoretical study, practical experience, and the completion of formal written examination.
